EVENT OFFERINGS & REGISTRATION - WHAT DO YOU GET?
We had three levels of registration planned for the event. You could have chosen the offerings which suited you best:
ATTENDING THE EVENT
There were two classifications for people attending the event: Associate and Attending Collector.
Associate registration was $75. It was designed for attendees to include all food and other activities at the event, but did not include the Event Piece or Early Bird Figurine Mardi Gras Pete:
- Friday, April 6th, is an Optional Outing Day with a special tour of New Orleans. (More details later.)
- Saturday, April 7th, is a full day of activities from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can:
- Enjoy a delicious lunch, plus an Afternoon Tea break.
- Have pieces signed by Peter Calvesbert during the morning.
- Right to purchase the Paint-Your-Own piece and paint it during the morning.
- Participate in games for prizes, and enjoy the awesome raffles and silent auctions.
- Attendees only receive a Goodie Bag that includes a special pendant figurine, personally from Pete & Andrea.
Attending Collector registration was $125. This included everything for an Associate, PLUS:
- Mardi Gras Pete the Early Bird Figurine. To qualify, you needed to register before the Early Bird deadline – August 20, 2017. This piece is a Treasure Jest size solid figurine.
- The main event figurine was part of your registration package. This piece hasn't yet been designed or carved, but will be a Treasure Jest sized box.
- Have the Right-to-Buy up to FIVE additional event figurines (including Early Bird Figurines) AND the specially carved Treasure Jest figurine currently being designed by Peter for Attendees only.
NON-ATTENDING COLLECTORS
Non-Attending Collector registration was $125. This included ONLY the following:
- Mardi Gras Pete the Early Bird Figurine. To qualify, you needed to register before the Early Bird deadline – August 20, 2017. This piece is a Treasure Jest size solid figurine.
- The main event figurine will be part of your registration package. This piece hasn't yet been designed or carved, but will be a Treasure Jest sized box.
- Right to purchase the Paint-Your-Own piece and paint it during the morning.
HOW YOU REGISTERED
There were two event registration forms. One for Collectors & Associates ATTENDING the HK Mardi Gras Reunion, and one for NON-ATTENDING Collectors. Download (.PDF) and "Fill & Sign" the proper form. Forms are no longer available.
- Select the appropriate link (above) to access the registration form. Save the PDF file, print, and complete the form. Mail it to the address on the form, along with your check, credit card, or PayPal selection; OR
- Send an email to HOP Registration with your registration information and payment method. You will receive an Invoice from PayPal or Square (for credit card charges).
CANCELLATIONS
If you registered as an Attending Collector, but did not attend the event, your pieces were shipped to you with HOP covering the shipping cost, if we knew 30 days in advance of the event; if we had less than 30 days notice, you were charged for the shipping cost. Your registration was then reverted to a Non-Attending Collector. This WILL NOT include: Goodie Bag with the special pendant, or the special Attendees Only figurine, and any other “Attendee Only” items. Refunds are given for items you ordered that your change in classification does not allow.
