All you Early Bird Collectors (registered before August 20th) will enjoy the solid full-size figurine, Mardi Gras Pete. It looks like Pete has been enjoying all Mardi Gras has offer. He's feeling a bit drained and is resting against a fire hydrant like many do in the French Quarter. To aid in his recovery he's probably enjoying an alligator sausage hot dog with a drink of Barq's.
The Early Bird Figurine is usually the size of a Cake Topper, but Pete felt he needed a larger piece to give you all the detail he wanted. So Mardi Gras Pete is a Treasure Jest sized solid figurine that is a gift for Collectors who registered and payed by the Early Bird deadline of August 20, 2017.

Peter has created Gambolling Gators, a box figurine as the main event piece. He has also created a solid figurine of the piece, Gambolling Gators II, which was also available, a pre-ordered piece, at the event.

Airboats are used in the bayou near New Orleans, and obviously gators are on the Mississippi River, so Pete linked these to our event. Airboats can go over mud, need less than an inch of water, and take you to places that bigger pontoon boats can't reach, which means you'll see more and have a better chance at spotting alligators and other wildlife. Our alligators are out looking for HK collectors, so watch where you go! One comes in the Collectors’ Registration package, but additional Gambolling Gators could have been purchased at a cost of $75 each, before the order deadline.
The Gambolling Gators in the center shows the progress of the piece that has been cast and is in the process of becoming a box.
Seen on the right is the wax carving that was in progress, with a lot more detail to add. It features a group of alligators having an enjoyable time on the air boat, the same as tourists would in the bayou. Like the High Rollers for the Las Vegas event in 2014, Pete has swapped the animals and humans.
The deadline for ordering additional figurines ended on November 15, 2017. It was available on the Attendee Order Form.

Gambolling Gators II (Version 2)
You had a chance to help bring Sam and Millie Calvesbert to New Orleans. Pete agreed to do a version 2 of the Event figurine as a fundraiser to enable the whole family to join us in New Orleans. Gambolling Gators II (Version 2) is a solid figurine with a color variation. All Attending Collectors and Associates had the right to purchase the Version 2 figurine at a cost of $75 each. Ordering this Version 2 figurine ended on November 15, 2017. It was available using the Attendee Order Form or Non-Attendee Order Form.

Pete has never carved runner ducks, and has always found them rather comical. He decided the attendees at this event should be treated to a new animal. Here is the wax carving! Runner ducks stand erect like penguins and, rather than waddling, they run. And they often run together en masse.
Pete visited a countryside show near to him where he watched a demo of a collie rounding up some runner ducks. "The way they remained together so strongly, made me think of how our collectors have been such faithful followers, especially since Andrea and I became Harmony Kingdom UK. You have all been an inspiration to us."
Only attendees physically at the event had the right to purchase this "Attendees Only" Faithful Followers box at a cost of $75 each.
This new image (on the left) shows the final version of the piece. The other two images (center and right) show the progress from a wax carving to the cast piece that is in the process of being made into a box.
