ATTENDING COLLECTOR - ASSOCIATE REGISTRATION
If you registered by the Early Bird deadline, October 31, 2015, you received:
- The Cake Topper HK Celebration
- Version 1 of the event figurine Whoo's Coming?
- A stained Warwick Castle Magnet made at the HK factory
- A silver coated Warwick Castle Magnet, and a surprise gift from Pete and Andrea, in your Goodie Bag.
Pete and Andrea value the efforts made by the Collectors that make the effort and travel to the UK for these Reunions. They want to help in some small way to cover your costs by allowing Attending Collectors to order extra HK Celebration and the Surprise Box. So, each attendee had the Right-To-Buy up to FIVE of each of these figurines.
You also had the Right-To-Buy:
- Version 2 of the event figurine Whoo's Coming? II
- The Paint-Your-Own (Tony's Tabbies)
- Additional HK Celebration figurines
- And a Surprise Box, re-imaged from one of the original HK box figurines.
These additional pieces are no longer available to order. All orders needed to be complete by February 1, 2016.
Remember that you MUST attend to register as an Attending Collector.
If you registered as an Attending Collector, but cannot actually attend the event for whatever reason, your pieces were shipped to you approximately three weeks after the event. If this occurred, your privileges revert to a Non-Attending Collector and you will NOT receive the Goodie Bag with the special gift figurine from Pete and Andrea, or any other "Attending Collector Only" items.
HOW DO YOU REGISTER?
The registration fee for the Attending Collector was $125/£80, plus a $5/£3 additional charge if you chose to pay using PayPal or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). The registration fee for the Associate was $75/£48, plus a $3/£2 additional charge if you chose to pay using PayPal or a credit card. Registration is closed.
There were three ways to register, however Registration is closed:
- Print the form and mail (or email) it to the address on the form, with your check or credit card information included; or
- Call Leanna Barron with your registration and credit card information. If you live in the UK, send an email to HOP President with your phone number, and a good UK time for her to call; or
- Send an email to HOP President with your registration information and you will be contacted by phone for the credit card details. Registration information includes name(s), mailing address, phone number, and email address.
Once your form was received, Leanna Barron acknowledged your registration and payment. At that time your registrar, Pat Steven, followed up with your registration confirmation and handled general questions.
