PHOTO ALBUMS
For the HK CELEBRATIONS event we have provided two photo albums.
This album covers the Optional Outing to Blenheim Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on April 29, 2016.
Blenheim Palace is home to the Duke of Marlborough and his family. It was also the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, and he is buried at St. Martin's Churchyard, Bladon, Oxfordshire. Blenheim is the only non-royal, non-episcopal country house in England to hold the title of palace. The palace, one of England's largest houses, was built circa 1722.
In addition to the palace itself, you can also enjoy the stunning landscaped parkland, formal gardens, and pleasure gardens where you will find exotic butterflies and the Marlborough Maze.
The cost of the trip was $65 for adults or $60 for seniors over 60 years old. This included the coach trip (approximately one hour drive from the hotel), entrance to the Palace and grounds, and afternoon tea at the Palace. Our Cream Tea includes scones, clotted cream and jam, tea, and coffee. Additionally, you received a special silver version of the Blenheim Palace Magnet made at the HK factory.
This album covers the actual HK CELEBRATIONS event held at the Hilton Warwick on April 30, 2016.
Left to right: Nick Dangar (former CEO of Harmony International); artist David Lawrence and friend Karen; Leanna Barron (HOP Event Coordinator); Andrea and Pete Calvesbert (the Masters of All); Pat Steven (HOP Registrar); and Paul Frape (owner of PGF, Ltd., factory where HK is made).
