The Friday Night Collectors Reception has a NEW name .....
"Harmony Kingdom Reunion"
We wanted to emphasize the gathering of new & old friends, make sure that all lovers of HK know that they are included, not just collectors, as well as suggest the recurring theme of these evenings ... twice a year!!
Mutton Chops Prototype
The HK House of Peers (HOP), which includes all authorized independent clubs, has been very successful in raising over $20,000 for charitable activities. Now we need to help ourselves. So we offered you an opportunity to win the original prototype version of Mutton Chops where Peter whimsically added his favorite toy inside Mr. Potato Head. Yes, even a 40 year old (Happy Birthday, Peter) still enjoys the pleasures of childhood toys.
HOP now acts in the role of coordinating and sponsoring the national collector events that have been traditionally held on the Friday night of the International Collectible Exposition. HBC funds HOP a specific amount for the event and the remainder is obtained through entrance fees. If an event exceeds the amount of the HBC contribution and the entrance fees, HBC is not responsible. That would leave the responsibility to the local club(s). To support future national events and eliminate any liability for individual clubs, HOP is having this raffle to begin the fund.
This delightful rendition of Wolfie in his first costume pretending to be a lamb is kindly donated by Martin Perry and Noel Wiggins.
Drawing for this treat wal be held at the International Collectible Exposition in Atlanta on Sunday, May 7th. Anyone was able to participate and you dis not have to be present to win.
If you had an opportunity to win Peters toy, tickets were $5 each at the Harmony Kingdom Reunion on Friday, May 5th, in Atlanta (Hyatt Regency) or during the International Collectible Exposition at the Harmony Kingdom Independent Collector Clubs booth.
Thanks for your support of the HK House of Peers fundraiser. You may have even won and can enjoy Mr. Potato Head!
