It has 20 different species on it, if you count Peter's signatrue mouse tucked in behind the giraffe's neck (below). This prototype is a solid piece, not a box, and was produced in England. Neighborhood Watch III HK Secrets:
After watching a program on how animals might adapt to global warming, Master Carver Peter Calvesbert dreamt of animals living in snail shells. In "Neighborhood Watch III," the third Small Treasure Jest depicting a bevy of creatures, Peter has carved 19 different species. Within this box figurine is a snail trying to sell its home. Notice the inscription "sub-prime," a phrase seemingly in every news bulletin of late. |

Neighborhood Watch III [Production Box]
|
A combination of the news on the sub-prime housing market and a TV programme on how animals might adapt to global warming inspired the third piece in Peter's Neighborhood Watch series – Neighborhood Watch III. Here all the animals have solved their housing problems by moving into shells that they can carry with them!
